I didn't care about Perez Hilton before, so the latest dustup makes me just... yawn. Dixie Ross has passed, but that's as much as I could find out so far about the Ross sisters.
So, the dentist visit went well. No real pain. Go back again in about 3 weeks for more fun. It's weird (for me) living in a new place. I'd had the same dentist and doctor for around 15 years before moving last summer. Finding new ones here is interesting. First doctor I tried was a major jerk. The new dentist seems awesome. I think I'll like him better than the guy I used to see in Spokane. FWIW, my old dentist was in his 50's, had a glass eye, super hairy arms and he lifted weights a lot. He told the stupidest dirty jokes I've ever heard and I could never tell if he was looking at me or his assistant when he talked to me. Loved the guy...
ooh, I'm (kinda) glad you mentioned that, I've got a dentist appointment next week, though it won't be nearly as bad as the root canal back in November (or was it October? can't remember)
Pretty much, that was what it amounted to. No, I'm sure we weren't the only ones something like this happened to during this miraculous election.

Here's my thoughts: She shouldn't have been asked a question like that. I didn't see the competition, and maybe they asked the same question of others, I don't know. But IMO, it seems that they singled her out knowing what her answer would be, given her convictions. I think it's an unfair question to be asking someone in that situation - even she admitted to almost giving the politically correct answer instead of standing by her beliefs. Kudos to her for standing up for what she believes! And shame on the association for a) allowing the question and b) allowing a judge to let personal bias affect his judging... They don't ask any abortion questions, and have staunchly pro/anti abortion judges, right? That's almost like having Ahmadinejad try to tell a Holocaust survivor that the Holocaust didn't happen! Oh, I would've liked to have been in your shoes for that one, for sure!
So I went to borrow a drill from a friend of mine.. ended up being there 4 hours helped move two beds.. we are talking late 1700 beds with all the real Cherry and Cypress wood complete with what ever that thing over the post is called. Fun day of visiting though.. I got the cabinet up in the bathroom so now time to eat.
Gah... I had to help a friend move an antique 4-poster bed once. Antique furniture, in general, is great to look at and a real treasure... until you have to move the *(&$%^... and then it is nobody's friend. At least it sounds like the visit made it worth it.
Nothing since 8:45? We've slowed down in here. How's everyone doing tonight? We've had a number of rainy days in a row here in Boston. One more day of rain and then it stops by Friday.
