This is my planned evening shave. I plan to hit the sack early tonight as Wednesday begins veeerrrry early. Today's plan includes two eggs and saltines before 0900, followed by clear liquids and delightful Big Gulps at 1600 and 2100. I'm a baby when it comes to stuff like tomorrow's ordeal. My sweet kiddos go through so much more, and I want to stay in good health to spend more time with them and my Bride. And my lovely Bride is here for moral support and to serve up unlimited Jello, juice, soft drinks, coffee, tea, lemonade, popsicles, and chicken broth all day...so I'll make it through the next 30 hours. :)

    Have a great day, gentlemen!

Well done! I’m with @Keithmax; move up to a better soap, and you’ll be pleased. You’ll still see more improvement with time and technique than any hardware and software can provide, but a good slick soap makes for enjoyable shaves.

Another injector shave FTW! Also sticking with TOBS grapefruit, as it has the potential to be the first full sized soap (albeit a cream) that I finish. It may take a while, but I can see the bottom of the tin. Kinda like seeing Everest on the horizon and thinking it’s close.

    A Stirling SEptember

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: vintage Personna twin
    Razor: eBarbershop Type O clone
    Brush: Sapele badger
    Soap: Stirling Blood on Steel
Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Blood on Steel aftershave

Nice and easy shave with Blood on Steel. Everything worked together nicely. One weeper just below my chin where I went a little too hard on XTG buffing. No worries - it happens. All in all a great way to begin the day.

Long day today with school and then an exhibition performance tonight. There are seven high schools in our district and each of their bands will perform tonight in a non-competitive atmosphere. It's always a fun event.

    Enjoy your day!
