Hey guys, went into the bedroom tonight after the wife said there was somthing she could smell, but couldn't figure it out.
To make this short, in the last Stirling order I bought some Electric Sheep, a sample shave puck and a bar of bath soap.
It was in a draw that was closed for days.
I like the sent, haven't used it because I want to use it before a track into the woods.
But man is it powerful stuff.

I had to put it in a plastic container with a good lid.
Reminds me when mom would make dad put his limburger cheese in a sealed canning jar, so the aroma would not permeate the fridge. :sick007:

    Oh well... :D

    Compartmentalization of decay in trees
According to CODIT (Compartmentalization of decay in trees), when a tree is wounded it begins to protect itself by slowing or preventing the spread of disease and decay by forming “walls’ around the wounded area.
When we cut our skin, we know that it will eventually heal with little trace of the wound left behind. While as humans, we have the ability to regenerate cells, trees do not. This is something commonly overlooked and time and time again, we see tree owners that have unknowingly caused the peril of a tree without even realizing it because they don’t understand how trees repair injuries. The one word you need to know? Compartmentalization.
The modern concept of tree decay looks like this: when trees are wounded, many organisms, not just fungi, infect the wood at different times and in different ways; trees respond to these infections with both chemical and physical changes; discolored and decayed wood results, but is limited by compartmentalization.

It is definitely close, but supposedly Et Tu is modeled after vintage Brut. I have heard they did get it pretty close to the vintage juice, but haven't confirmed myself.

I haven't smelled the vintage Brut either. I don't know if my sense of smell is sophisticated enough to really identify the differences.
I also have PAA Sacre Bleu which is modeled after vintage AV Ice Blue. Not identical but very close to the modern version to my nose.

This was an awesome late night head and face shave . It was just what I needed. No wonder Andrew @Linuxguile has a room full of Stirling. I'm really liking this soap.
