Yay... grading is done... Now I can relax for a little bit more until bedtime

 

every one get an A?

 

Not hardly... If that was the case, I would have finished grading on Friday.

However, there were a number of A's.

 

Well good. I wonder if I could even pass a test this far out of school.

 

Several that I got in a lot buy, but I never have got around to using them yet. I did pick up some end nips to do the mod with. Thats why I picked up the blade pack.

Would stropping a stainless Gem blade do any good? I think I remember reading somewhere that Dave said it would not.

 

I am sure that depends on the test.

 

Justin, I don't think I have ever read what class you teach.

 

It might not. I actually have a ever ready blade stroper on the way. It works like the auto strop I hear,, but is not a razor. and will strop the current SE blades. we will soon know if it helps out.

True. High school science I might get.

 

I don't know if I ever said. I prolly did, but I have lost track along the way. I teach 7th grade science. I am licensed for grade 5-12 Earth/Space Science and grades 5-12 math. I used to have a math class, but with changes in staff and more students I was moved to all science several years ago. I really miss having math classes. At least I didn't have to grade labs or essay tests in math.

 

Science is cool, I always really liked it. Now my 14 year old son is really struggling with it and says he doesn't like it. I really can't wrap my head around his thinking, but I admit I never met his science teacher, and to me, a teacher can make or break a class irregardless of subject.

 

Certainly true. There is also a mindset that many kids come in with from the start of the year. They think that can't get science and math and just set a self fulfilling prophecy.
