Great shave, setup, gear and pic, Joseph! Quick and easy shaves are necessary at times. It is why we have different razors for different situations.

 

Thanks Clint. I'm really glad it works for you and Maya. My Bride suffers with arthritis pain in her back and hip. Our PCP was neutral on the idea of taking CBD oil, but her Oncologist encouraged her to try it. She started taking the minimum recommended dosage (drops under the tongue) yesterday. The advice we were given on dosage is "start low, go slow," so that's what we plan to do. We did some research and purchased a commercially available product having a third-party purity certification. It may be fine, but I'm skeptical of the stuff produced locally by independent producers. We're hopeful at this point that it will provide some pain relief.

Great job on the Maple/Resin handle, Jason! It's a beauty! I look forward to your comparison of the Omega and Zenith boar knots. I've been quite the fan of Omega boars, but I'm impressed with your early impressions of the Zenith knot. Admittedly, new Omega boar knots give skunks a bad name, and they do require a fair amount of break-in.

On the two themes of the day:
1. We have two antique skillets. One 12 in, one 9. Use them regularly and can’t imagine not having them
2. We are fans of percolated coffee here. Just bought a Presto. About $80 here. Excellent machine.
