First OC up is this New Deluxe which came from Gary last week. Same handle as my New Improved, but different top cap and baseplates. I didn’t give it enough respect this morning- I’m very smooth after 3 passes, but am quite irritated on my neck. Even ended up with a sizeable weeper on my lower neck, too ham-fisted and nonchalant it seems. The soap continues to hang on, which seems to be what they do when you think they’re getting close.

I started OCtober with a bang. The NEW SC is a pleasure to use, and the Soap Destroyer made quick work of the T&H Sandalwood shave cream. Two passes and touch-ups per the SOP, and I'm near BBS.

I finished up my bottle of Clubman this morning. This is the first bottle of aftershave I've ever finished. It was my first aftershave purchase when I began shaving the right way in 2012. The empty Franks RedHot Sauce bottle will be carefully detoxified, steam cleaned, loaded onto Air Force One, and flown to the Smithsonian American History Museum later today. I've made application to the Clubman Hall of Fame. Rumor has it that @Paul Turner will be the keynote speaker, and The Who will perform "Won't Get Fooled Again."
