The 30DC’rs have enabling down to an art form. However, PAA has mastered it with viscous shopping cart science bordering on mind control. $1 AS/Cologne samples? Are you kidding me!?! One purchase practically enables another.....

Congrats Charlie! I've only got one word for you - "Canoé".

If that's not your style, there's this.

Know the story of The Emperors New Clothes? There was a photo some time back that might have been invisible to subjects of your Queen.

Thanks! Clubman is good stuff and the proraso isn't bad either. But the razor.. It should be at least 50 years older and made by Gillette. And a TTO. :D

I did join TSD just a few days after you, on the 5th. I think I missed the first couple of 30SC threads, joining in March of 2015. It has been a lot of fun, and I have never come anywhere close to staying active on a forum as I have here.

Lovely razor with a side note of oops on the shave. Happens. Love the image, nice warm tone available light.

Frank's Hot Sauce vs. Clubman. Why wash it out? That's quite the aroma happening there....

    Nice shave and setup Charlie!

Very cool Gary. Love the blue color isolation!

Dovo and Proraso. Great Shave Joe!

We are at 15 pages halfway through the first day of the month! Don't step off the treadmill around here, you may struggle to get back on...

Sorry, this one may be a Shavette Fu record breaker:

Look at the scales on that razor...amazing!
Very cool razor, and love the old blade pack. I'd have used them too...
Love that shiny Blackbird, Jim! Great stuff.
Ah! Guessed the family heirloom part, but didn't have a clue it would be the cart... great pic again, Perry!
What a combo, Clint! Was on that brush website last night. Love, love, love what they are doing. I had an itchy trigger finger on the C-Mon with the white handle and purple top. It was the 'USA only' shipping that saved me a few quid last night, for sure.
Love the photo and the report, Joseph. That SR is a stunner as well!
Beautiful effect again.bSomewhere in there is a joke about the movers not wanting to touch your Splashes and Soaps, Jim. Was it the Arko, or the Veg?:scared003:
    Another super B&W, Daniel!
That's probably better than you wearing regular Clubman, Paul, and her thinking you are homeless...:)
Love the look of that Pearl, Terry. You don't see those around here very often, that's for sure.
My goodness, what a photo, Blair! Your best, imho. That Kami is a stunner as well.
You wore Clubman for 7 years, Charlie? Forget about your being in the Clubman Hall of Fame, I think a nomination for your wife is very appropriate, though...;)
    Nice shave, Evan!
Ok, now you're just showing off, Gary! The razor is a beauty.
Agree on the Proraso Green, Joe. Perfect amount of Menthol to start out with.
Amazing combo! I usually just go for a third pass- no use pressing too hard on #2.
Congrats on the 5 years, Clint! You are an essential part of our day to day experience on here. Although a few of our friends have come and gone over the past few years, I have come to appreciate the wisdom, advice and humour of which you are an integral part of.
Thanks for all you do on here.

True, you don't see them, at all normally.
The price is ok I paid $15, the shave is great. I will say they are an odd ball razor, but that makes them fit right in at my den.

Thank you, Jason! The Trac II provided a really nice shave. Close and comfortable. I'll use it again and it would be a terrific travel razor if I had to carry-on my toiletries.

Thank you Jason. I think the blue one was on their website. I didn't even know about a website and ordered it through FaceBook Messenger.

Again thank you Jason. I am humbled by the kind words. You are right a few have come and gone over the years. I enjoyed getting to know them for whatever time they were here. This is by far the most active I have ever been on a forum and without a doubt my most enjoyed thread. I just hope I am able to participate the next 5 years.

Thanks gentlemen. Mind you, finishing a bottle of Clubman is no small feat. It's neither for the faint of heart nor for those having all their marbles.

When I shared the good news with my Bride, she exclaimed, "I'm so excited. Now I won't have that smell in my house anymore!" :happy102:

Thanks Blair. I figured if the bottle could hold Frank's RedHot sauce, it could surely stand up to Clubman. The detox and steam cleaning just made sense. I didn't want to be held responsible for the poor slob who tried to shake out what he thought were the last remaining drops of Frank's on his burger and got Clubman instead. ;)
Rick, while you present a compelling case for Canoe, you have to realize that I've ascended Everest and gone where no man has gone before. I'm thinking Hai Karate and Mandom would be more appropriate future conquests.

Well, Jason, I didn't wear it every day for 7 years, but I never claimed to be smart, either. :) Everyone who knows us will tell you that my Bride is a very patient woman. I have no clue what they're talking about.
