    Mitchell's Wool Fat shave soap
    30DC '18 LE Cypress & Cashmere
    Suribachi bowl and cool water
    '34 Red & Black Gillette RFB OC
    Personna Platinum Chrome blade
    Aqua Velva Musk aftershave/cologne
    SOTD 10032019 MWF 369g.gif The Fat keeps giving. Maybe I put the puck in bottom side up? Gained another gram after loading, but I tried something a little different. Slightly damp synth brush attacked the puck and moved it around in the dish, went to the damp bowl and started agitating. So I wasn't sure if I loaded long enough because the bristles are same color as the soap. Scraped out the just forming lather into the bowl and without wetting the brush I loaded more. Got a well hydrated batch of suds without adding more water. It served well for the 3 piece blade holder doing three passes, a round of chin buffing, and lower neck detailing. Grand daughter Melody had chosen my brush, and was working the box of "extra" post shave products. When I'd finished shaving together we washed our faces with the left over lather. At eight years old, she's getting the teen age forehead breakouts so I'm trying to push lots of face washing. Of all the AS products, she chose one that I've not used in at least two years, but she liked the smell. One juicy splash gave plenty of alcohol burn and left a sweeter scent than I remember. The cologne is now in her growing collection of scents.
