I've had luck using a dremel in the past. If you go that route and don't want to damage the scales, you need to have a steady hand and work slowly.

Doing pretty good, pretty nice day here. Back is doing pretty good at the moment.

Windy, cold and a bad fishing day. No bites at all. Still better than working.

 

Back has been just a step above being immobile since Tuesday, pain wise. But I don't think I posted about it.

Just figured I'm alive, that gotta count for something.

Yeah, I pulled an Elephant Man stunt and laid down and took a nap in a regular bed before work Tuesday night.

 

Oh boy... do you normally sleep sitting upright?

 

I pretty much have to sleep propped up on the couch or in the recliner.

 

I've had trouble with my back for years. Used to sleep on the couch because it was easier on my back than my bed. I recently bought a memory foam mattress and no longer wake up with a sore neck and back every morning. I can still remember being excited to wake up and not feel tired and awful.
