Sorry for the late reply Matt, we strapped on the feedbag.

In a 13 razor lot buy off of the Bay. Got a couple of ball end techs and another old type in that lot.

No worries....just finished eating myself. The girls were watching the new Jonas Brothers show....I don't think I've ever eaten faster in my life! :happy102

cool....I've got enough razors, the last thing I need to do is get a Bay lot....or any lot for that matter.... I'm still scouring the local antique shops, but most of what I'm finding is now turning into a rescue.... :D

I still like doing lot buys if I can get a decent pic of the razors involved. I netted a 1912 Open Comb Gem in a six razor lot the other day.

Sweet....nice catch! I remember reading about that now....did you get pic?

And I'm not saying I'm anti-lot....I just haven't done any yet.......actually, that's not quite true! I picked up a 7 razor straight razor lot off of Craigslist, and with it came a nearly NOS (I believe it was only used 1 time) cased Slim....:D

Due to work and back problems, I haven't taken any pics of my new goodies yet this week. This is from the auction.

I think I mentioned that in my last blurb about the Bull Mastiff as well. It took a lot of fiddling to get the blade aligned to my satisfaction, but it was time well spent given the quality of shave I'm getting now.
Bob tells me that most of the Bull Mastiffs that he's making are with NEW heads, but I made a point of letting him know how well the Old head works with that heavy handle. :D

BULLY.. I got in a Damaskeene set today. I bought it to get a blade case to complete my OC1912 set. The purple box is nice. I have a very nice one for that razor... I am going to PIF one and have a few to sell here soon. I do not need 4 Damaskeene sets. One open comb and one closed comb is good enough.

Just got back from a run to the dollar store. Getting close on crash time.

Sounds like you and fuzzy both know what it's like.
Between commute time, time to wind down in the morning, and time to get up, showered, and ready to go in the evening... there's really not much time for anything else.
Thank goodness my 12's are on a 4-5 week rotation and it's easy 8's the rest of the time.

I'm not going to bed....you are! :happy102 Silly Rabbit....

    Since we're doing this:

    Job 1: 2 - 10 hour days (0700-1700), 2 - 14 hour nights (1700-0700).....four days off.....so it's an 8 day schedule which means each week it shifts down a day....

Job 2: Days 2,3,4 of Job 1's 4 days off I sign up to work....so far I've worked all 3 everytime....
