$19.95 with 10 included blades was a good deal. I was under the impression that the entire razor was plastic. I was surprised by the metal handle.

Really nice shaves everyone!

I test lathered arko cream with the s-brush yesterday, got a little bit of brush burn so i decided to take it easy, just a single pass today. A few weepers, didn't get any more irritation than what i already had.

I think i will stick to palm lathering with the S-brush. Or i might give it (and a 15ml sample of proraso green cream) to a friend of mine.

 

Y'know, I've never tried the ice cream/flax-chia seeds combination. I just have to figure the seeds help cut down the fat content some. Aaaah, go have your ice cream.

3 pass DFS+ Had to tap out from MWF on MWF. I enjoy MWF, but was missing the face feel of using PAA CK6 products more often. It's like using Arko one day, then MWF the next. MWF feels so much better in the skin hydration department than Arko, and PAA CK6 handily and completely outdoes the MWF face feel. The Heritage badger made an incredible lather, slick with a nice muted sheen, Doppelgänger Black Label aroma filling the room. Enjoyed a bit of bowl lathering and face lathering. This straight is easily maneuvered, 100% business, no nicks or irritation at all. The slightly muted point allows for easy touch ups around the mouth and nose. Not a lot of audible feedback from this razor, it's a thick blade. Finished the morning routine out a small dab of lightly mentholated PAA Star Jelly, followed with D & G's The One EdT. Clean, smooth & smelling ready for an awesome Monday.

Awesome report Bill! Fun read as usual. FWIW, I always have a dry hand/wash towel right next to my shave bowl....slippery straights/shavettes/kamisoris are no fun at all with damp hands.

Very nice shave Terry. Bay Rum and Coffee in the morning, not many combos beat that!

An amazing close comfortable 2 pass shave today. I haven't been able to reach Delta Echo for some time. The coating made this razor a little more aggressive in my opinion, which was fine with me.

Try using less pressure. I know what I thought was light pressure in the beginning is way different to what I think light pressure is now.
