I picked up Scottish Heather from The Traveling Box, good strong scent and decent lather. So when I ordered MWF from Connaughts, added the Russian Leather. I think it was Jon @BlueShaver asked about Imperial Leather - a mostly unobtanium product. This is a modern dupe.

Nice shave, Fuzzy. What did you think of the finish of the razor?

 

No. My father's family came from Naples and my mother's family are from a small town in Messina, Sicily. Someday, I would like to go there.

 

If you like strong coffee, you're gonna love Italy. It's a really cool place to visit. Hope you get there some day, Fuzzy.

 

Italy is a blast, Joe. The people in Italy are friendly, and there's much to see. Sicily is on the list for a future trip. Several friends have traveled there and have encouraged us to go.

Before you go, get yourself a huge coke and fill it with crushed ice. Pair it with a big burger and some fries. You'll miss that kind of fare in Italy. Instead, you'll enjoy some great wines, cheeses, bread, and some of the best olive oil you've ever tasted. The fresh fruits and cappuccinos ain't bad, either.

 

Never been to Italy, but the food must be great there.

Nothing fancy. Functional but not fancy. I actually like that. The fit on this one is good too. I know they had problems with that.

I feel like I'm all mixed up today, but my shave was marvelous.
I wanted vintage with a modern twist.
A soap with the richness of a cream.
A brush with an antique appeal, but the knot of luxury.
An aftershave that matches, but with a manly essence.
I think I nailed it, this OCtober shave. Hope y'all did as well, or better.

 

I make daily use of olive oil.
