    Notice I still posted a shave from yesterday... at about 11 PM my wife said, "go home" which was her saying she was worried because I was uncomfortable. She was out of danger and knowing we'd both sleep better if I wasn't there, I went home. Still got up and shaved before returning to the hospital. Funny but shaving is so relaxing for me.

    I've always had pretty good luck with it. I think the key is to ask open ended questions based on the research. If they disagree they'll usually attempt to inform and educate and if they agree you're still giving them a chance to verify. The key is to acknowledge and enhance their expertise.

    Thanks guys! My wife doing very well and my team at work covered all the gaps while I was out even with several major deliverables due. So, today was a great day.
