That is awesome on several levels. Where is that shave stick from? I am guessing made by univar. I have not seen one of those.

Nah, can't call that a low blow. That's just calling out an obvious lack of power, drive, desire, and the ability to understand that playing baseball is not just preventing runs. You also have to score a few. How do you do that? You HIT THE BALL DUMMIES!!! Some of those so-called at-bats in the NLCS weren't worthy of a Little League game. Sheesh.

Handle PIF for the 30DC

I turned a few brush handles this weekend. One was a keeper fix it job I detailed on the turners thread and the other is the one below:


This is a chubby style handle (short and pretty wide) that is drilled to fit a 28mm knot (or an Omega 10098, thanks Blair). It is a scrap piece of rough edged Maple with blue metallic resin. As I was turning it, a small nail/screw hole got exposed:


Obviously doesn’t affect it at all besides appearance, but didn’t want it to be a surprise to someone.

Anyway, I’d like to PIF it. Not using the usual PIF thread as this is only open to folks on this thread. Two rules- you have to have posted here at least a few times in the past month or two (new DCers welcome!) and I’d prefer this go to someone who doesn’t already have multiple brushes of mine. PM me if you’d like to be in and I’ll draw Saturday morning. Will ship worldwide.
