OCtober with the FAT October 17 Razor - Gem Micromatic Open Comb Blade - CVS Carbon Steel SE (2) Soap - Stirling Electric Sheep Brush -The Canuck Post - Alum Back to shaving tonight and let me tell you - if you ever had a cold, bronchitis or anything else that has you a bit congested, may I suggest using tonight's soap! The Electric Sheep had me doubled over hacking up the remains of the bronchial debris I've been harboring. That menthol/citronella/eucalyptus is some POWERFUL stuff!! It's also great to shave with and the mutton tallow can't be beat!! It did take me a minute to get my coughing under control and after that I just breathed through my nose for the shave. Good stuff! Didn't know it was medicinal too!! The OCMM and carbon blade did a fantastic job on two days growth. Three passes and it was all gone for good. The Canuck brush with the flat top SynBad was awesome as well. I feel more like myself now and I'm ready to move on to Friday! Hope you have a great one!!

Bought 3 different scented sample pucks when I first got into wet shaving and this is the last one left. Artesian soap made in Victoria,British Columbia , Canada by a husband and wife team whom both are wet shavers. Great quality soap that lathers easily, nice cushion and glide , this one has a light floral scent reminicent of the wild moss and meadow flowers of Vancouver Island. Yeah. I suppose you could call it that. A little plug for these guys . Small setup with excellent friendly service . When you call, one of the owners answer and you just dont see that kind of service often enough anymore . I've gotten that with Rod at Stirling also. Seems people into wet shaving themselves understand the wetshaving client alot better in my opinion.
