I just can't compliment the Clubman Shave Cream(can)too much. Already have an idea as to how to get more use from it(that is, besides pairing it with Clubman Original A.S.).....I'm going to "experiment" with the combo of the Clubman Shave Cream and Stoylin Unscented A.S. After all, unscented means....just that(of course), thus the great Clubman scent should come out unharmed, and in addition, I get the great quality of a Stoylin Aftershave).

It's been quite the week! I've been AWOL the past few days. Very busy once I got back to work after being off. Then a game last night and a contest today. No rest for the weary.

I've continued to shave with The Fat but haven't taken any photos. Great shaves. Used badger brushes and the Omega boar. Used the Fatboy yesterday and the Schick M in there at some point. All great shaves.

@wristwatchb - prayers for your wife and your family. I was happy to see that you can continue to volunteer with the kindergarten kids for the time being. That's a wonderful service.

No way I can catch up on the thread. Hope everyone is doing well. I'll be back more next week, hopefully.

That Clubman cream sounds good. I'll have to try to look around if i can find it at a reasonable price.
I'll have to do a Proraso Red shave soon, bought a can and i got the matching AS as well.

The OneBlade Core V2 arrived yesterday. You can readily see the differences in the versions. The newer model has 2 small posts or humps near the center of the bottom plate. These are to keep the blade from smiling. The Core V2 head is a better match to the Genesis V2 head. I decided to try a Gem blade in the Core V2. The Gems never worked for me at all in the V1. I removed the spine and inserted the blade. While it did lock in place the blade was held firmly with friction. No movement or floating blade here. Three passes and touch ups caught the baby with ease. The Core V2 does not feel as nice on the face as the Genesis but the shaves a certainly very similar. I am happy that the Gem blade works without a lot of hassle. This is the travel setup the Core V1 should have been. I hope everyone has a great Saturday.
