  6. I've always seen him as a creepy, disturbed fellow. Wouldn't trust him with kids.

Mmm. Growing your own peppers. I love habaneros. Let us know how those turn out. Also, have you ever had scotch bonnet peppers?

Everyone's talking about planting. I need to go pick up some planters. I've got some flowers and lavender seeds to plant.

Alton Brown creeps me out quite remarkably for some odd reason.

That sounds absolutely disgusting. I'm going to try that sometime soon.

    What's Reddit?

I hear you. Hope you're feeling better now, Micah.

I'd love a button like that.

Mmm. I'm waiting for those pictures. What kind of fish was it again?

Hope everyone is okay, Fuzzy. Hope you have a good day tomorrow.
  7. I no feel so good. :(
  8. reddit it like digg, user submitted links
  9. did you eat something bad JoAnna?
  10. Don't think so.

Maybe some rest and I'll feel better, but my head has been hurting all evening, and my tummy isn't too happy.

Think I'll call in sick to work tomorrow. Hope the boss doesn't yell at me.
  11. Night.
  12. G'night JoAnna, hope you feel better soon.
  13. and now I'm back, from outer space
there's just no way to keep up in this place
    I should've made ya'll close the site,
    I should've made ya'll stop this thread,
If I'd know for just one minute catching up would make me dead

    but I will survive.....

(yeah, I submitted some songs to Weird Al, but he never called me back....okay, so I never actually submitted any, but I thought of some!)

Firstly, I want to thank everyone for the prayers and thoughts, it is very appreciated. Doctor visit went well, as I expected there wasn't much to be decided today, just an exam and some lab work, some X-rays, and an MRI to be scheduled. He thinks it to be psoriatic arthritis, but wants to be sure before he says. She did have some bad patches of dry, bad bad dry skin while pregnant with our second, so that could very well be it. Just a wait and see at the moment.
In a way, you really don't want to hear about a probably lifelong ailment, but considering some of the other things that my imagination came up with, it's kind of a relief, at least it's a relief to know anyway.
Thanks again for the thoughts and prayers, and for not making the thread too much for me to catch up on....

awww, did Lucy pull the ball away again?
is that what you were calling me for earlier? I wouldn't have caught the slash without seeing it, I wasn't near a computer all day to even have a chance to remote in to look....
    What. The. Crap. ?.
psshhaww, 1:00 PM is nothing, try 10:30 as the first chance!
sounds good, what time should I be over? (says the person reading this waaaaaay after you had lunch....oh wait, hopefully the content of your post isn't the reason for the later one below a ways.....
I used to say that exact thing in high school, but never knew there was a button I could have gotten
    awesome feeling, ain't in?
    :( indeed, :(:(:(
(again, hope it wasn't from the content of your post I quoted above...
  14. man, that sounds pretty good....may have to give it a shot
  15. Yep, I'm sure you're all in bed by now, but thought I'd post while I could. Heading back to the pen bench here in a sec...

That's what fishing's like on the wet side (Seattle, et al). Over here in the Palouse on the edge of the desert, there's a lot of trout and bass fishing. Steelhead to the south and probably a lot of others as well (Sunfish come to mind). Would love to haul in a 300 pound tuna some time ;)

Was wondering about you today, Fuzzy. Hope you sleep well tonight. Thoughts are with you...

Very Cool! Congratulations! Did this require any chicken bones or eye of newt?
  16. oh, forgot to mention, I have now officially joined the small army of The Brothers of the Rolls Razor Fraternity (or something)

back in December, during our Northeast Texas Spoliation Gathering (Micah help me out with the exact phrasing, please...:ashamed001), at one particular shop there was a Rolls razor. At the time, we really didn't know much about them, so we just left it, thinking at some point when one of us has the $20 to spend, we'll check it out again...well, on the way home from the doc, we stopped in Jefferson, the Rolls was still there, a quick looks-y revealed everything to be there...and I mean everthing, instruction booklet, reorder sheet, the paper inserts to protect the hone and strop, the hone and strop :)p), handle, razor, case....everything except probably the paper sleeve the blade might've had new. there are a couple of rust spots, but not on the blade, the thing moves rather nicely, can't wait to give it a try!
    I'm pretty stoked about it!
  17. Very nice, Jim!
  18. Cool grab there Jim!
  19. bill, dom and I are in the chat box, I;ll try to drag them in here.
  20. Hey Tom, do you know anything about scented inks?
