  7. Good morning, gents! DSC_0553.JPG I decided to try my Tech today, with a Bic blade. And the shave was just excellent. The razor worked very well for me and as a result, no irritation (well, still had a bit from yesterday, but besides that), one weeper and a smooth shave. I did get a weeper, but i'm not worried about that, bit more practice with this razor and everything will be good. I used alum just for the feedback and there wasn't much, except for the area where i got razor burn yesterday. Usually i use it only for nicks, because my skin is on the drier side.

    Have a nice day!

  11. SOTD October 22, 2019

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
Blade: vintage Personna twin (thanks to @Screwtape)
    Razor: eBarbershop Type O clone
    Brush: Sapele beehive badger
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Post: Witch hazel, Jeeves of Hudson Street Tobacco Bay Leaf aftershave

Excellent Fat shave as usual. Everything worked together quite well. I'm running low on this Jeeves splash. Someone said the WSP Tobacco scent was very similar, so I may check it out as a replacement.

    Enjoy your day!
