when I did my test, it was using sharp cheddar, cut from a block, and I simply folded the sandwhich in half, leaving a bit of a space at the end, and put a spoonful of ice cream it so the whole sandwhich wouldn't get soggy

speaking of yummy with (or without) vanilla ice cream.....

 

Two dead days in a row... and I'm still feeling ambivelent. I don't even care enough to be apathetic.
