that's exactly the effect i was going for.... I was in severe need of a laugh today, that came to mind, so I thought I'd share the laughiness with ya'll

Yeah, me too....the guy lost his cable, so has to go get a new one before he can transfer the pics to his computer....it's called a Rockfish, but it's actually a Striped Bass....


Hey everyone.... I tried to catch up, but only made it about 3 (long) posts.....

oh well, did I miss anything important?

 

Just got home... went out with co-workers after school. Local college professor was there and asked if I would help out with a student teacher (ie... let the student teacher come observe my classroom) during the last two weeks of school. I said I would, no big deal... Later went to pay and found that my bill was paid already by the prof. Woo Hoo! Then went to Chinese Buffet for dinner. They had crawdads... but three was three too many of those... Need to get south and get some good ones....

picked up some stuff at pet store, went to grocery store... and just finishing up grilling a grilled cheese....

oh wait, did the grocery store trip involve vanilla ice cream?

 

of course it did! yes... I will admit.. the part with the ice cream was better than the part without. Perhaps I will make another....

MsB you da Gal.... Folks let me tell ya about something. I was informed the other day that MSB was sending me something. Had braced for a bag od Haint droppings or some such.. NOPE...Some Ogalla Bay Rum soap,, TSD Original, and TSD Sage SC, and a copy of some Gem instructions.. WOOHOO.. that bay rum smells veddy veddy nice,... It will get used as the new to me in the morning. THANKS MsB.. I like you no matter what Jim says about you behind your back.

Left the house earlier this evening in search of free food. I hadn't heard the news that the KFC coupon deal had been pulled after one day. KFC, your beef is with Oprah, not me. I don't want a rain check, I want dinner.

Who is going to bother redeeming those rain checks now? Yeah, they wouldn't have gotten any of my money if I was using the coupon, but now they've lost future sales as well.

 

I knew Oprah was gonna mess that up for everyone.

 

yeah, I'm lost on that one, too, Jim....

<sigh>....I know, I know....Google is our friend....

 

just read fox news some time... She announced a coupon to try out the new KFC chicken.. there was a run on the stores..apparently they pulled it.

So..... pressing some shave sticks into push up style deodorant stick containers. In order to get one more container, I tried pressing the old spice round stick into an oblong container.. bad idea. Guess I need to buy some more deodorant.

 

hmmmm, yeah, deoderant isn't a bad idea...surely some is still usable?

 

It is very odd.. when pressure was applied liquid came out and the rest of the material crumbled.... So no, I will just go get another stick. Oh well... now I know.

 

liquid doesn't come out of rock.....get a Crystal deodorant....
