Jim, I hope that Rolls Razor of yours does better than my 2nd one. I probably put well over 1,000 passes on the hone and it just could not shave.

Still debating heading out the flea market...

 

Be like Bo Jackson, just do it.

 

Or I could just do something else... Sometimes I hate this area.... It is only 30 miles but will take about 1.5 hours each direction to travel. I have only 7 hours till family comes home.. do I really want to waste 3 of them with driving?

Looks like there is multi-estate auction at the armory this morning... Maybe I will just do that instead. Or maybe I will go hit some Antique stores in the southern half of the county. But I will Do It. Its just a matter of deciding what "IT" is.

last time I went to an estate sale, all I found was a bottle of Fountain pen ink, I got it home and found it was moldy. BOooooo!

Looking at what they have listed online for the auction... it isn't worth going to; however, there may be stuff that wasn't listed...

Oh Matt, you know the thick viscous stuff that poured out after you soaked the MWF was all the fat(lanolin), now it parches my skin. But it still lathers great. I am thinking of superlathering it with something that has lanolin in it like Musgo real, You guys know any other creams have lanolin or shea butter in them??

 

Not off the top of my head... but that makes me wonder if that is why I never had much success with MWF. Another reason to tempt me to buy another puck. However, how many pucks of soap/shave sticks do I need?

I know... the same as before.. always 1 more.

 

There is only one more soap I really want to try Martin de candre. but too expensive.
I really can't think of any other soap I really want to try. If you want some MWF, I might have a.......................geeze, there I go again.

 

No... I actually had receieved a puck of MWF in a trade and then traded it off to someone else. I have been tempted while the connaught deal is on to pick some up again... but not that tempted...
