The ultimate (original?) Disposable razor!

I could never use them tbh. I found them an exersice in pain and sorrow. Lore has it that they are a very sharp razor. Felt like shaving with a Stanley blade to me lol.

Always good to go back to your roots on occation imho. It gives you relativity.

And its always good to throw a curveball at the forum lol. I imagine some of the old regulars were choking on their Cornflakes this morning with pictures of a Bic disp. In the SOTD

Coate’s Sandalwood Cream today. 10 seconds to load the Whipped Dog Silvertip Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna Med Prep still in the Fat Handle Tech. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Clubman Whiskey Woods aftershave.

Thank you. This one was a surprise for me. Saffron is quite unique, and it's one of those fragrances that's packed with multiple notes making it complex in and of itself. Astro Traveler is one of the more saffron-forward sets I have. While the soap is uncharacteristically muted for a PAA soap, it's quite pleasant. However, the splash is bold and beautiful. It opens with a sharp bitter citrus spiced with nutmeg and pepper. This is followed by that beautiful leathery floral saffron whose smoke and earthiness is boosted by Haitian vetiver. The saffron continues to sing for hours with the addition of soft powder and tobacco discreetly joins in the accord for a very nice cool-weather appropriate dry down.

The menthol power of this Kameelperd soap is exactly the same as the Stirling Glacials - in other words you’d better get ready to freeze your face off and deal with tears in your eyes as well as a runny nose but I absolutely LOVE it. I enjoyed that beautiful coffee/peppermint scent, not to mention that awesome lather which was so thick and slick. The Prep delivered its fabulous postshave care and the Arctique.........what a nice smelling face freezer it is. A brand new 7 AM blade ensured a perfect three pass BBS shave!
