Was a good shave this morning...shaving is the easiest part of this "sink/shower hygiene routine. I can't wait til next Monday when the work to fix the shower gets done.

Had a wonderful shave today with one of my favorite razors, the Ever Ready Streamline. It delivered its usual smooth and efficient shave.

The 60D was a pretty equivalent camera to the D3200, some things better, some worse.

Cell phone cameras are quite adequate most subjects where you don't need more than the typical 50mm. Flash for them is a different story....I like manual controls.

My 30DC images are nearly half from an Apple iPhone Xs, half from camera bodies I use 42+ weekends/year. Processing time is much the same (takes me longer to type up the shave & gear!).

    Tuesday OCtober 29

Starting to use my current OC razors, up today is my Timeless Bronze OC .78.

    Bowl/Scuttle - GP12
    Soap - Stirling Mountain Man
    Brush - ThatDarnRob v3 Fanchurian
    Blade - Gillette Platinum (9)
Razor - Timeless Bronze OC .78
Post Shave - OSMA Pierre alum, Stirling Mountain Man A/S

    Shave rating 5 of 5

Want to get in a couple shaves in OCtober with some of my current OC razors. This is an aggressive and efficient razor with a good amount of blade feel. Today I did a 2 pass shave. First pass WTG was DFS. The second pass was XTG and gave me smooth skin and good results, BBS. First time using the Mountain Man soap - provided a good wet Stirling lather and smells nice. I had 2 nicks, but otherwise it was a good shave. The alum was a bit vocal under my nose and on my neck area. I finished off with the Mountain Man A/S.

Overall, a very good shave. I think it's time to break out a couple of my current OC razors for the rest of OCtober.

Happy OCtober and great shaves everyone.

Both are still probably very decent cameras.

I used my cell phone camera quite a lot, and have tried to use the cheap 0,3mp one too.

What kind of setup do you usually use for work?

The cheap cell phone camera can be fun though, with a clip-on macro lens. Completely unedited pic

    Weds OCtober 30

Up today is my Timeless SS OC .95 with scallop cap.

    Bowl/Scuttle - GP12
    Soap - MWF (it's Weds)
Brush - Simpson The Duke 3 Manchurian Badger
    Blade - Gillette Platinum (10)
Razor - Timeless SS OC .95 scallop cap
Post Shave - OSMA Pierre alum, Baum.BE A/S balm

    Shave rating 5 of 5

Want to get in a couple shaves in OCtober with some of my current OC razors. This is one of my favorites. It is mild feeling yet efficient. Today I did a 2 pass shave. First pass WTG was DFS. The second pass was XTG and gave me smooth skin and good results, BBS. The MWF was slick as usual. I re-opened one of my nicks from yesterday, but otherwise it was a very good and smooth shave. The alum was a bit vocal under my nose and on my neck area. I finished off with the Baum.BE A/S balm.

Overall, an excellent shave. Have one more OC shave to go for OCtober.

Happy OCtober and great shaves everyone.
