Great shave Joe! Whats your plan of attack? Same straight all month or alternate? Do you strop/ hone in between shaves ?

Thanks, Patrick! If you reread my post, then you would see that I will be using the same straight razor for 30 consecutive shaves. It's not 30 consecutive days because I don't shave every 24 hours so this challenge will run until mid December. I also will be using the same soap and brush throughout the 30 shaves. The specifics are in the Nov 2019 30 DC thread. I strop my straights before every shave or the night before I shave. You don't hone a razor every time you shave. Usually, it is 50 to 60 shaves for major honings.

Early morning shave, evening post. One of those days. Ended the month the way I started it, with this New Deluxe and focussing on Boar brushes.
Enjoyed all the OCs all month and spent some time comparing Large Omegas, Small Omegas and this Zenith. It’s different- softer and more uniform than Omega Pros. I still love me a big, scritchy Omega too!
I also enjoyed the other focuses on here- not very inspired to grab The Fat, though...
    Have a great night all!
