My first shave for November went great - the Vi John cream is a favorite of Indian barbers because it’s so easy to lather, it’s old school scent is very nice, and it feels so good on the skin. The Nip Man balm gave me a lot of moisturizing as well as soothing, and the Groom aftershave (Canadian pride!) finished the job. All I needed were two passes and I ended up smoother than silk! Friday's Shave Cold Water Rinse De Vergulde Hand Shaving Soap Jayaruh #30RS TNNSER 3D Black/Green CVS CS SE CWR Lucky Tiger AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The De Vergulde Hand Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #30RS Badger Brush. I did two passes and a cleanup with the TNNSER 3D Black/Green razor with a CVS CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Lucky Tiger AS. My life is too chaotic atm to be taking pictures pre/post shave or posting anything but the most briefest of reports, so my apologies for a lack of same this week. My s***t should be getting back together soon and hopefully then i can get back to it. I am going to give the 30DC thread a miss for a while.
