    Prep: Cold water and PAA Cube pre-shave soap
    Blade: Schick
    Razor: Schick J1
    Brush: JR #142 badger
    Soap: Soap Commander Drive
    Post: Witch hazel, Stirling British Leather aftershave

    This thread is in high gear! Posting this prior to the shave as I think time will get away from me. This should be a great setup since Soap Commander always works so well. I'll find out if Alice approves of the British Leather scent pretty quickly. We're going out to the farm today for Wilson's annual Halloweenie Roast. We roast hotdogs and make Smores around a big fire. Friends and family come and partake. Adult beverages are available. It's always fun.

    Some amazing shaves and razor creativity and other things happening in the 30DC. Fun to see it all! Have a great weekend.

    MrEE Half Naked Shave Stalker

    As I said, I got into shaving as a distraction from work. Then... anyway. Annual employee survey results came out this week. My team ranked me 19 percentage points above average. I got perfect scores on manager communication and vision. I love my team. Promotion has stalled due to office politics but I am being reassured its still coming. Some more senior manager is throughing fits.

    Anyway, I think the 20 min of carefree ME time spent shaving each morning is making the difference.

    Thanks, Jim! It was a fun night but I think it'll be even more involved in two or three years as Wilson really gets it. He's only 4 now and gave out after trick-or-treating at about 8 houses.

    I don't have a sophisticated sense of smell. You may get something totally different but to me it's butterscotch.

    Alice says my color descriptions and awareness is akin to the 8 crayon box while hers is the 128 box! Same thing with my sense of smell. Pretty limited and unsophisticated.
