    Well THAT is a lot to "swallow". (chukkity yuk yuk). I follow MOST of this. I go for Almond Milk, not Soy, just beginning with thr greek yogurt(another "home" for my frozen strawberries, perhaps), I'm a sugar-free freak,. As for actual eating, I need to do it SLOWER than I have been. I'm beginning to drink electrolyte water. I could go on from here, but I'm getting hungry! :). Thanks for listing your advice. As for Warren, she's originally from(and I'll say this the way most Bostonians would) "Oklahomer", but of course she's done things here, too.

    I use blueberries to top my cereal. Sometimes I use raspberries or blackberries to change it up.

    If sesame seeds are ok, look into tahini, if you aren't already familiar with it. Good stuff.

    I had one of those nutrition counselor/
    dieticians when I was young.
    Here we call them Mom, or Grandmother.
    Never had any issues with my weight till I moved out. If I just would eat like Mama fed us, I'd be fine.

    O.K. guys. First test run with the FuzzTech and it was an awesome shave. I went ahead and polished the head out and mated it to my Weber bulldog handle. I throwed a snapped Astra SP blade in it. This was a very fun and great shave. The Snake Bite was super slick and cushiony. This is a razor that I will definitely keep in the rotation. Thanks to Charlie @wristwatchb for naming the razor. Fuzzy @wchnu would be proud. Fuzzy may not like those two sided thangs but I believe he would shave with this one. Take care gentlemen!

    I just started using a double edge razor last week so, I might be switching things up a bit this month. Since my whiskers aren't very visible the first two days after a shave, I'm shaving every third day. My first DE shave went very well, but wound up with a crazy razor burn on my neck a few hours later. My wife asked me which skin disease did I pick up? My second shave, I switched from an Astra blade to a Feather blade. My razor burn was a better but, I managed to nick myself a few times, with the best (largest) cuts being on my neck. As I've read on this site elsewhere, my technique needs work! I'm be shaving, again, tomorrow after a shower.
