    Gonna get some Plain Greek Yogurt at next major shop, and insert my frozen strawberries in for added taste. Hope the sugar content isn't overboard, but the "Live&Active Cultures"could cancel out the sugar issue.

    "Happy Ending Specialist". At 62, I'd kinda like to think I have a couple more decades to go. Thus, my nutrion counselor and I will work on my 20-year plan. :). I'm not ready to end things just yet.

    Plain Greek Yogurt is a staple in our house, Paul. We always have a large container on hand. It tastes great with fruit, and it also substitutes for sour cream. We like a brand called Fage, and we buy the 0% fat variety. Let me know how you like it!

    Thanks, we have Fage at the Acton Piggly. Funny, I thought it was "Fay-ge" at first, not "Fa-JAY"(the pronouncation). You say 0& fat-how much sugar?

    I left NC earlier this morning since wanted to get home and see Swati before she left for a week long meeting. @jtspartan It's a team building meeting. :angry032: Better her than me. After seeing her off I decided to get in a late afternoon shave. The Brad Sears Disco whipped up the Speick Shave cream with ease. Three passes with no touch ups ended in a DFS. The blade is toast so no chasing the baby. The Speck shave cream is done and dusted. I have really enjoyed using the Speick cream. Thanks @PLAla Perry for giving me the chance to it. I hope everyone has great day.

    i am starting a greek yogurt regime probably a flavoured one to start.sugar won't be an issue for me..probably hit the cottage cheese as well..
