Thanks Paul. For a number of years after we were married, the Mrs would put her wedding dress on for our anniversary. She had not done so in a while....... but she proved it still fits yesterday.

I've had this puck for awhile, but it had never been used. As as result, it had dried out (the puck moved around in the tin as I was loading), and the scent was mild. I soused it, and I'm sure it will swell up and completely fill the container over the next few days. I'l stick with it for a few shaves before moving on to the JabonMan Eufros Tierra Húmeda. With a 30- to 45-second load using the 30DC LE brush, the resulting face lather was the best I'd had in a long time. It was super slick and creamy. Mike's takes a lot of water, and it leaves my skin feeling nourished. The ingredients give it a characteristic "Mike's" smell. The Hungarian Lavender scent was there, but it was light. I hope the lavender scent "kicks in" once the puck gets re-hydrated. I will enjoy using it over the next few months. It would be very hard to knock this soap out of my Top 5, but we'll see. I worked on logistics for my Bride's treatment today, and it felt like a real Monday. At least I didn't have to fight the Atlanta traffic. I hope you all had a wonderful start to the week.

Thanks gentlemen. I appreciate the kind words. Thanks Joseph. The agreement my Bride and I have is that I take care of logistics and she takes care of herself. (She baked some pork chops and other goodies for our lunch today, so technically she's taking care of me too.) If the tables were turned, she'd gladly do the same for me...and has in the past. All things considered, I got the better end of the deal.
