Good thing I signed up for counselling yesterday...the eye bleach just isn't strong enough.

Some of the early Ambassadors had QC issues. If I remember correctly the top cap was canted resulting in an uneven blade gap.

Mine is from a later batch and it's among my favorite razors.

:). Well, I won't be a "spendthrift", but I'm happy knowing these other companies are around.

I find there to be a wide range in the quality of Razorock (TFS) soaps, Terry. Their super tallow formula is a fine soap. My Mudder Focker is the tallow version. Some of their others are less so. The lanolin formula is ok, but I'm not a huge fan of their vegan formula.
Look at that razor! Just took a few minutes to look it up, Jim. Maybe it is a good thing it is sold out...they do have a stunning aluminum brush as well, though.
I don't think the weepers would be as a result of the Tabac, Daniel. Even those who don't necessarily enjoy smelling like an elderly lady's purse (myself included) acknowledge the excellent quality of its lather.
Wonderful combo, Perry. Yes, a long weekend is coming here in Canada as well, and boy is it needed...
Just an amazing combo, Blair! Have I asked you already what do you think of the 1445? I have the Lime and it is a quality soap for both lather and scent.
Sorry to hear you are moving a little slowly this morning, Clint. Hope it is nothing serious. I always love the shots of your stunning Shavemac flattop.
Love that bowl, Evan! Is that ceramic? I love the nubs and texture on the inside.
Love the Rubberset, but I'll pass on the Lutefish, Joseph. I grew up on the coast of British Columbia and we had enough strange ocean scavengers and bottom dwellers we threw in a pot without needed to add European ones...
Great combo. What do you think of the Handsome Grouse, Gary?
The razor definitely sounds like a winner, Danny! Sorry to hear about your commute.

Don't know if anyone has answered this yet or even if you were serious, Paul, but centimeters are a measure of length not weight. 168 is about 66 inches, for example.

Well, I was serious with the question, because someone said she is 168 CM. About 66 inches(as you say)would be 5"6 in height, right?

The H&S will see a lot of use next month. It's a truly decadent razor.

Thank you for the kind words, Gentlemen. I must admit, Clint, that I've been using the Vintage Warm filter on the iPhone often. It just isn't about bad lighting all the time...:eatdrink047:

POSTSHAVE: Thayers Lavender Witch Hazel followed by Old Spice Fresh Lime AS Splash

Well if a lady said she weighed 168, and she was using metric, that would be kilograms. 1 KG is 2.2 Lbs. Stay away from Aisle 12, my friend.:scared003:

Thank you, Jason! Very nice photo on your shave as usual. I agree about Deep Blue Sea - it's a nice scent, pretty modern, but not one that I think about or want to use that often. Nothing wrong with it but I like Sandpiper and Dunshire and Stirling Green better.

Thank you, Perry. Remind me again (and to reward my laziness of not looking them up) but Sandpiper and Dunshire are dupes, correct? Do you know offhand of what?
