    Razor: Gillette 1951 Superspeed
    Blade: Chinese Wilkenson Sword (1)
    Brush: Razorock Plisoft Barber 24
    SS: Razorock Sicily
    AS: Axe Dark Temptation

This was the first Razor I purchased specifically to replate. It needs to be stripped to bare brass and redone, but it looks good enough and it's mine.

I'm not sure I like these WS blades. They worked fine but why settle for fine when I have several blades that do awesome. Near BBS shave with some irritation under my jaw. Could be a pressure thing. I am so use to agressive razors I did notice myself pressing ever so slightly so I could feel the blade. I will try the WS in a few other razors and see how it goes.

An excellent review, Blair. All the info I would need for sure. Like you, I'm also not a fan of 'light' scents.

Up next for the No Repeat November was this Baker St combo. The tallow version of Strop Shoppe stuff is very good, imho. The scent of the Stirling dupe is a little cleaner and a little less powdery. A fave for sure. The 'Crat Jr was up for the November rotation. 'Tis probably a Canadian Rocket, but it didn't have a case with it when I got it in a small town antique shop a few years ago. Some others don't enjoy these Synth flattops too much, but I really like it, to be honest.
I was completely smooth after 3 passes; not smelling too badly either.
    Have a great day all!

Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements - Doppelgänger Grey Label CK-6 SC/ASB/AS
Drew Dick 7/8 Damascus Steel - Green Kirinite

Very busy few days, both family and work. It's still drizzly/rainy in DFW, maybe 10 hours or so of dry pavement since Monday. Ground saturated. Flower beds fill up with water after hardly a 5 minute light shower. Can't wait for dry/cold. Not a fan of cold/wet:angry019: .

Today's shave....uneventful, 2.5 passes with no issues. Zenith 28mm boar created a great hydrated lather, overflowing the shave bowl. 'Frigga' caught the baby, and he's smelling great after the ensemble of PAA's Doppelgänger homage to Creed's Aventus. Sixth shave in a row now with this Drew Dick razor. Efficiency getting more routine, growth removal happens with less buffing and effort. Gotta point out....previous 5 shaves (same razor) were with other brands of shave soaps/creams, and none of them as comfortable as PAA's CK-6 formula with slickness, blade glide and face feel. Something about the CK-6 formula and my skin chemistry is just a match made. 4 hours after the shave, still catching wonderful whiffs of aftershave.

Hope everyone has a Terrific Thursday!

    Doh! Thanks Joseph!
Another Fantastic shot, Jim! Is this your first run with the crown SS ?
    Wonderful shave Terry!
Awesome shot Jim! How many times did you have to type the name of the soap into shave buddy before you got it right?
Some lovely shaves Matthew! You get some great longevity out of your blades!
    Very nice Jeff!
Great shave Daniel! Post shave products don't really count as part of a rule.
    Another great shave, Joseph!
Wonderful photo and shave. Perry! Too bad the scent is mostly gone on the soap.
    Awesome shave and photo, Clint!
Nice to see you Charlie! Mmm Ice Cream! I hope the trip to the Mayo Clinic brings good news. You and Cathy are still very much in my prayers.
    Lovely setups, Tom!
Holy buckets of snow! Nice photo Doug! Stay warm my friend!
    Fantastic shave Gary!
Nice shave Evan! The GWS are OK blades, but there are many better blades out there.
    Excellent shave and photo Jason!

Great shot, Jason! Baker Street is a unique and enjoyable scent. I found the Stirling version to have much more of the juniper note, almost like smelling gin, whereas the soap was more on the mint side. Either way, neat scent.

Thank you, Andrew! Might be a blessing in disguise because I'm not sure I'd like Stetson as a splash. I've smelled it in the store several times and never purchased it. At least the soap is of tremendous quality.

Now that you're saying that, i kind of want to bathe in Skin Bracer. Or something else with menthol.
But i'll stay with the Tabac. I even bought more of the deodorant today, was running a bit low.
