    TGIF, indeed! He looks pretty snazzy in the new haircut, Andrew.
    The only Omega boar I ever left in the plastic 'housing' is my travel brush, and to be honest, it hasn't really ever softened up as much as my larger Omega Pros. What is BRM?

    Thanks Jason! I fear that if I take the plastic housing off the knot will be too small for the handle. And BRM is a very complex acronym, blue resin maple. I don't mind it being so stiff, I bowl lather most the time anyway.

    I'd just like to get the razors as soon as possible, with other stuff i'm a bit more patient.

    But, at least i have around 400 blades and enough soap to last me probably a few years. That doesn't sound much though (on this forum, someone else could and would think that i'm crazy), and i'm going to buy more for sure. Just need to find the stuff that i like.
    That can get me through a strike or two.

    Yeesh, You’d think I’d figure that acronym out, of all people...:angry032:
    The hole is drilled out to 1 inch, which usually fits a 24 mm knot pretty well.
