My Bride and I were waiting in line to get into the theater this afternoon. Using my situational awareness training that I received at Cartel World HQ in STL, I spotted a couple of photos posted discretely at the receptionist station. I explained to my Bride that the receptionists had been instructed to hit those subjects with the stun gun and spray them with Clubman if they tried to forcefully enter the building.

She replied, "Yeah, put the stink on 'em."

I know that sounds extreme, but we value law and order 'round these parts.

Later, we stopped at Sally Beauty Supply on the way home to pick up a small container of Barbicide. (I am well-stocked on all my other beauty products.) I spotted a shelf-full of Clubman products behind the counter (don't ask me how this has any relation to beauty), and this set the gears in my head to slippin' and turnin'.

"Do you sell much of that Clubman stuff," I asked?

"Oh yeah. We sell a lot of it," the receptionist replied.

I just had to ask... "How about the aftershave? I bought that stuff once, and my wife nearly ran me out of the house."

"No, we don't sell much of that. Mostly the hair products."

I left the shop with my Barbicide and my faith restored in humanity.

Well, there you have it.

 

You guys can get rid of the Clubman by sending it to me. I'm far away and you couldn't smell it

 

With the Gulf Stream generally keeping North America upwind, this could work. Not so great for the folks working at Voskhod plant, though.

 

I'm happy with the Clubman hair products too. I would join your wife in opposing SOME aftershaves-such as the Veg and the Bay Rum(now watch her say she can tolerate those!!!).

 

Paul, my Bride is 50/50 on Bay Rum, and we live in a No-Veg zone. Her favorite cologne scent of the ones I wear is Terre d'Hermes. Any of the aftershave dupes like Fine L'Orange Noir would work too.

On the bright side, Paul, the Batman gig paid pretty well.

The stuff is just vile.

 

Well i live around 280 miles away from the plant, so they wouldn't suffer too badly.

 

I really like the idea of a big Snap On tool box, the one you that has wheels so you can roll it around.
