    I used a hair conditioner bar as a pre-shave when i was in the shower. Quite effective actually

    A little annoyed today at the result of some communication with Phoenix Accoutrements. I got a real pleasant e-mail a few days ago, welcoming me in as a customer. then saying if I had any essential questions or issues, to please write. I asked about certain details on 3 of their products I'm interested in down the road(not the one that's on its way now). I thought they could comment, but they said, in effect "Get samples...see for yourself". I'm not sure that was proper customer service...I hereby give them a Gold Medal in the Flippant Olympics. I felt that they could reply by detailing each product to my concerns. Any comments on this?
