I realize I should probably keep shaving with my Rex Ambassador, but there are just so many razors, and not enough time! In any case, my R41 spoke to me this morning. I switched the Bulldog handle for a Barber Pole handle, and the rest is history! Great two pass BBS on my face and a DFS for the noggin scrape with a minor weeper on the back of my head. Very pleased with the shave and the razor. I feel clean, smooth and refreshed, and ready for a great day! Fantastic photo and shave Jim. I am amazed you are able to manage the color coordination with so many elements changing daily.

I thought it was similar to Fine Fresh Vetiver. Stirling really should take this scent profile and make it a regular. It really is one of the best vetiver type scents I have tried.
November 15, 2019 Supply Co SE with ●● Schick Proline Doug Korn with Druida Manchurian WSP Barbershop Myrsol Antesol Guerlain Habit Rouge EdT Happy Friday everyone. I am so ready for this week to be over. I am not normally a fan of barbershop scents but the WSP Barbershop is not the typical powdery barbershop. There are other in addition to the powder like musk that make it more interesting. I also find the WSP soaps to be extremely slick. Three passes and touch ups caught the baby with ease. A splash of Antesol and a spritz of Habit Rouge and I am ready for a rainy messy day. I hope everyone has a great Friday.
Thank you, Clint! Halfway through the month and I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to keep the color coordinating going. Fat Friday!!! Lovely B&W shot, Jim!
And now....it's time once again for.........your Friday Files: -Thanks for the lively discussion this week pertaining to my customer service issue with Phoenix A. A. Customer service for ANY business, let alone that of wet shavimg, needs to be at its best at all times..to help "invite" the customer in. That being said, PAA isn't the only wet shaving company that I've had issues with. As a member here said during our discussion-time to let go of the ones we don't care for, and stick with the good guys.(IMO). Nevertheless, I do look forward to the PAA product I'll be getting soon-shave products have their own voice(s). -My "Lazy Susan Shave Den" has been a good help for me-I can fit 3 shave combos up there. When I bring one down, I'll bring another one up from the "lower den". I guess you can say it's my way of "having fun at being serious". -I did a review on the Central Texas Soaps website for the bar soaps I ordered.....both being Clean Shave. As I wrote it, I wondered, "I bet I'll be the only reviewer of bar soap on here." I think I've seen some reviews at Stoylin of their bath soaps...course they serve two purposes(shower washing and hand)whereas the CTS bar soaps I think are best at being hand-washing soaps only. . We'll see if I'm wrong about that.
