  12. You know I'd have understood. You haven't even been feeling well. It's not like you can dump the ingredients into the bathtub, stir it up, plop it into the containers, and send it off. We all want something different! (a bathtub full of shave cream could be fun, I can see a party of some sort there:D) Seriously, you make lots of different things in a bajillion different scents, it's not possible to have everything everyone wants ready and waiting when they place an order.
  13. Hi Everybody!
Glad to be back to work. I needed the break.
  14. Hi Ray!
  15. Thanks! I just wish everyone realized that.

One of these days maybe I'll learn I can't give everyone everything they want. I mean I have the largest selection of name brand samples, and the largest variety of customizable handmade products. They take time. The samples seem to be the big time killer. Everbody seems to love the samples, but some don't seem to understand that holds things up. And I don't mind making the samples. I like offering all the samples. I even plan on adding name brand aftershave samples to the store, when I find the time.

Just wish people would attempt to think it through a bit more, or at least read the FAQs page I typed up.
  16. I'll pick some up next time I'm at the dollar store. I miss him. :(

    Hey Dr. Nick!

  18. [sermon] Some people don't think and some people don't read. It only takes one to make a real pain in your side. The easiest thing to do is to let go of trying to please those who won't be pleased. "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change..." [/sermon]

Edit: needed to add [sermon] tags
  19. Yep. :)
