Never tried a general or any of that style razor that uses ac blade but want to sometime but with the twins bday coming up i had to spend the extra on their bday stuff so not alot of extra cash whats good and not expensive? Would love to try one of those style sometime. Anyone with thoughts on the subject?

You cannot get a bad shave from the Brass General. Designed more to the milder side but, nothing that a more aggressive feeling razor blade like the Pro Super can't fix. One of the best SE designed razors made for the AC Stylist blade for the money.
