    Excellent face and dome shave today with what is quickly becoming my favorite razor, my Colonial Silversmith. The razor is so nicely weighted and balanced in the hand. The only disconcerting part of the experience is the lack of auditory feedback. But boy does it deliver the goods! BBS on both face and noggin!

    RAZOR: Colonial Silversmith
    BLADE: Suneko SS
    PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a face and dome scrub w/ PAA’s Charcoal-Menthol Cube Preshave Soap
    BRUSH: Viking Silvertip Badger
    CREAM: Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood
    POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash w/ TOOBS brush residue followed by Thayers Lavender Witch Hazel and finished w/ Fine Snake Bite AS Splash

    Hail to the King! The MonoBilts are multiplying on here...awesome. Went back and looked at the razor after seeing the pic- Nope it isn’t bent. Weird illusion. Everything worked as it should, which is a very high bar indeed.

    Thanks, Jim! These Colonial kids really know how to design a razor! Wish they were able to devote full-time to it! Unfortunately, these razors quickly go out of stock!
