I am going to make this post short and sweet. With only 2 passes, this razor mowed down a 34 hr stubble that produced an IBSS++ without any drama. Finished with the matching aftershave and the Nivea. I have to say this blade is really holding its own. I am so pleased with the 16 shaves (2 shaves were done prior to challenge) that I have made on this razor since I honed it. I believe that the blade will still be as sharp at the end of this challenge without any refreshing. Decided not to use the same picture. Have a great afternoon guys.

In last night's shave report, the Czar set up a cliffhanger on an anniversary that he stated was happening today. Please disregard. Since his last birthday when he turned 60, we have seen some issues with his memory and higher brain function. Given the amount of vodka he consumed as a younger, deputy Czar or whatever he was back then, it is possible that it's just the after-effects rising up. We had scheduled a CAT scan to check brain function, but when the Russian doctors arrived all they had was dogs. Oh, and one hamster and a very old and cranky bear. So, the scan couldn't be completed.

Since there is absolutely no scientific evidence to back up an actual physical issue, we are just going to state that he mis-remembered what he thought he remembered. The event in question did occur, but not on this date. Apologies to those who purchased extra vodka and caviar for the expected celebration. Feel free to dispose of it however you think best.
