Nice shave, Bill. I can get 4-5 great shaves with the Super Professionals. My guess is I would get even more, if I stopped after 2 passes.
    P.S. no head shaves.

    Good morning, guys!

Well, I am at the halfway point with this challenge. The razor attacked my 38 hour stubble with ease. Did get a couple of minor weeps on mustache area and one on neck, but styptic pen took care of it. I have been doing 2 passes without cleanup instead of 2.5 passes with cleanup and getting an IBSS++. I attribute it to tweaking my technique. Since my honing, this straight razor has 17 shaves on it. It really is doing a nice job. Finished with the usual aftershave and balm. Oh, I changed the pic. I used the red towel as background in keeping with the Christmas season. Have a nice day! 20191120_202559.jpg 20191120_202559.jpg

A nice shave interrupted by a whiny chihuahua that decided to get out of bed early today. I made through about a pass and a half before chasing him downstairs and opening the back door. Came back up rinsed off, gave a splash of Dr Sana and called it good. Enjoy your day.

We're a little lucky in our household...our two critters sleep in most of the time. But....when whiney, it's outside ASAP so we only have to clean up outside (later). Nice setup and short shave though Dale!

Great 3 Pass face BBS. The Barbasol Floating Head shaved smoothly, but not as efficiently as I would like. My R41 and Colonial Silversmith are both much more efficient allowing a 2 pass BBS. The Cryogen AS had me holding the side of the sink after applying it as clouds of incredibly strong menthol kept my eyes watering for 10-15 minutes afterwards! Wow!! I’ve got to get the matching soap puck!

    SOTD 11/22/19

    RAZOR: Barbasol Floating Head
    BLADE: Suneko SS
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by face scrub with PAA’s Charcoal-Menthol Cube Preshave Soap
    BRUSH: Omega Pro84 Boar
    SOAP: Tabac
POSTSHAVE: Cold water face wash with Tabac soap brush squeezings followed by Thayers Lavender WH and finished (or should I say gassed) with Chiseled Face Cryogen AS Splash

Nice read Neal. Your efforts on the various blades, appreciated! Have a great Friday!

Nice finish with the Supply Single Edge Bill. Sometimes you just gotta switch (if the other razor is ready to go) or go through a blade change if the current setup fails. I'm not one to muscle through it, irritation or other resulting issues are avoided like the plague. For my skin and growth (and technique), it's about five or six 3 pass shaves with the Feather AC blades. Sometimes the first couple uses of a Feather blade in my Artist DX, it only requires a WTG then XTG to get to DFS+ for me.

Now....question for you and all the Supply Co Single Edge v2 owners....do y'all load the B20 style blades manually (taking the head apart), or using the injector?

Great looking shave Bill. Using the Feather Super Pro blades in 3 piece razors, I have gotten 15 comfortable shaves with ease. Really I got bored with the razor before the blade gave up.
