Thank you Ken. I am a sucker for modern SS razors and couldn't help myself

Sounds like a wonderful trip Perry. I hope you guys have a fantastic time.

I am with you on the drug store aftershaves. I used Aqua Velva and Skin Bracer back in my younger days. So I knew better than go back to those. I did try Clubman witch was a complete disaster.

    Me too.

I ordered the razor, actually the full set.

I live about 15 miles due west from NYC and am in the city a couple times a month and have yet to visit Pasteurs. Next time I/we will be in will be after Thanksgiving after the Rockefeller Center christmas tree is up so maybe I make a point of adding Pasteurs to our trip. I'll have to sell my wife on that add...

Yup, same. I binned the P&G Old Spice and AV Sport. The one exception- Does Florida Water count as a drug store product? I do like it.

Yeah....likely a multi step process involving silicone (or other) molds.

I bought some Florida Water at a Walgreens, so I would classify it as a drug store splash. It was far better than the others but I didn't end up keeping it either.

    Thanks Ken.
I'm not sure but I think it was @RyX who I recall mentioning Symmetrical Pottery first.
Then it was @jluc who revealed his FIRST one.
    Then @Linuxguile ordered one.

I lost my bananas and had to have one.

They are custom made to order. Wish I'd seen the one with the brush holder before I showed the item to the estrogen units and implied it would be a great gift.

The knobbies and crannies whip lather well.

    No Walmart pricing available.

Can't speak to the Shake Sharp, but my love of the MonoBilt is well-documented. Mid Aggressive? Sure, that is probably about right. I still think the most aggressive safety razor I owned was a PAL Injectomatic, to be honest. I called it the Meatgrinder, and only got good shaves with it when my technique became solid.

The Prismatic is the one that is based on the Kirby, Jim? Very cool looking razor. PAA seems to be duping some classic, hard to find razors.

I believe it was Blair @b1hart at the root of it all.

The stripes are fairly straight forward, but I'm thinking the stars are a form (s) that is pulled out as the resin has hardened enough for it to hold its shape, but before the resin is too hard to get the star-shaped form out. Then you would pour the white resin in, and bingo, white stars. Way above my pay grade to try it!
Or maybe even the stars are a resin pour of their own, and then the blue is poured around them...

I ordered everything but the ridged tip plate. Put it in the cart and waited until the little thing popped up asking if I wanted a 20% discount.
