Actually, it's the same distance from the easternmost point on Long Island, (Montauk Point) to Indianapolis. That's approx a 14 hour drive.

    Good Saturday morning!
Moving slow, got a good nap so, I'm feeling more myself today.
After a nice cup of coffee I got cleaned up ready for a (hopefully) plesant unproductive day.
Had to use a Nacet blade for the job of whisker reduction. Started out good, ended good. I'm clean and smooth like I like to be. Gonna give these a 9.5 because there was little if any resistant from start to finish. I'm really feeling good about these blades, only a few other blades compaire.

I will try to catch up later today, due to family sickness and long work days, I barely had time to get stuff done here, let alone any extra curricular activities. Work is slowly getting manageable, others are feeling better, thank goodness. I got more rest last night than the past week. This old man can't run like he did, when he was only 40 years old. I need more than a couple hours sleep a night anymore, I just do.
    All...
    have a great day!
    Enjoy!

I'm in agreement. Research showed those Jeeps suffer from a very costly, near irreparable transmission issue. The Mazda is looking better all the time. The granddaughters like the red almost Ford, too.

Glad Neal spoke up telling the differences. Grande is longer, lighter, hollow handle. Piccolo is shorter, solid, heavier handle. There are newer variation now available, too. I do believe they all use the same top end.

When I first got mine I "trained up" using the cap and handle from a Muhle R89 with the OC base plate from Fatip. They fit together well for a milder Frankenrazor effect. Be aware there are reports of the Quality Control on Fatips allowing for possible blade alignment issues, and flawed finishes. These are not $250+ stainless steel units. I've never had problems with mine being off center when assembled, and I own many vintage DE razors so a less than perfect finish in common in my den.

Thanks, Rick. I like open comb razors. I’m going to hold off awhile until I get my legs under me with the new Monobilt and Shakesharp. Appreciate the suggestion!

    Enjoy your shaves,
