Thank you, Gary! I'm really starting to like this razor. Felt really nice after the alu handle tech. I was probably using a little bit too much pressure with it, because it was so light. Even my Slim Twist feels heavy compared to it.
very cool,the hd series razors.ie 4th gen aristocrat,#58,monobloc are a nice,smooth mid mild shave..with red tip weight.probably the best brit design gillette imo..
November 23, 2019 Occam’s SS Safety Razor Feather Brad Sears Disco TOBS Mr. Taylors Shave Cream Floid Blue Habit Rouge EdT I decided to stick with the Occam's razor through the weekend. For today's shave I went with the other hybrid baseplate. This setup with a feather blade was smoother and had less blade feel that the hybrid open comb baseplate. I could see using this setup on a regular basis. Three passes and touch ups caught the baby with ease. A splash of Floid Blue and a spritz of Habit Rouge provided a wonderful end to a great shave.
