Gary, no disrespects intended for not mentioning the King of Gillette.

Just sometimes, one must accept that there actually is a top shelf and not everyone can be on it.

"almost done"........ I might borrow that!

    Great shave Rick!

    Welcome to head shaving!
I always use balum on the gord, a little sun shine won't hurt either. Ya just dont want it to get even a little burnt.
Use some sun screen when you go out till your not so white. I use zinc oxide, better known as diaper rash ointment, 40%.
It doesn't have to be coated white to work either. Know that it will sweat off.
    Congratulations!

    Rick:
As someone who’s been shaving his head for years, I would advise avoiding long strokes, and trying to limit things to one pass. If you have a DE or SE that works well for you, I’d advise using that one razor until head shaving becomes automatic! And go slow! Take your time. The trickiest part of head shaving is getting the angle right on the back of your head. Once you master that you’re good to go! My goto headshavers are my Vector, my Silversmith and my Shakesharp.

Shave.net. They work well for me. Terry, but I would recommend a trial purchase to start. I understand that you have a very dense beard. My whiskers are heavy, I shave every day, but please don’t go all in until you try them. Send me your address and I’ll send you a sample pack!

I married my High School Sweetheart......She later went to barbering school and got her license........ I have not used another barber since...... Never pursued employment in the field......I am her top lifetime client......

Every time I get a bit shaggy and make the VERY EMPTY threat to clear the dome, I get a haircut.

I choose not to test out her threats if I were to remove the insulation...... #1) I'm too old to find a new 'barber' and #2) If she likes and I don't, I could be in for another chore.

    ;)

    May it serve you well.

Nothing wrong with slugs! Some of those had the weird brake pedal. Or actually it was more like a large button on the floor.
