No. However, I have noticed that the usage has obviously diminished the aftershave and soap.

Take your time, remembering that it's reduction not elimination. If you're getting rough passes, only do one pass per shave. A less than BBS shave looks better than nicks and cuts, that will also make the next shave tougher. Some days it's better to go top to bottom once, then walk away!
    Good luck!

    Razor: Occam's DE POC
    Blade: Kai Stainless (1)
    Brush: Heritage Collection Merit
    Pre-shave: Stirling Mentholated
    Soap: MLS Grand Havana
    PAA Galactic witch hazel
    PAA unscented Star Jelly
    AS: MLS Grand Havana

    Tobacco Tuesday

    Good morning!

Wonderful shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS. Nearly silent alum.

Tried out the Occam's Partial Open Comb this morning using a fresh Kai. Much the same as the OC with just a smidgen less blade feel.

    Have a great day! [IMG]

Day three of Decadent December delivers my Ever Ready Streamline. My favorite Gem razor by far. BBS of both noggin and face. I really like the Gillette Pure Shaving Cream I used. It whipped up a nice thick, creamy, slick protective lather. Great shave that left me feeling cool(5 drops of M-Bomb and Cryogen AS), clean and refreshed. Shaving is my favorite part of the day!

    SOTD 12/03/19

    RAZOR: Ever Ready Streamline
    BLADE: Pella Gem PTFE SS
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub of both noggin and face with PAA’s Charcoal-Menthol Cube Preshave Soap
    BRUSH: Omega Pro48 Boar
    CREAM: Gillette Pure
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings of both head and face followed by Thayers Lavender WH and finished w/ Chiseled Face Cryogen AS Splash

    Good Tuesday morning all.
Not feeling 100%, ear ache due to nasal issues.
    Well.....
Shaving doesn't make me feel any better, but I wanted a tool that doesn't make things any worse. My SCS lather catcher alway does a great job, gets it done, hasn't let me down. Some Stirling Barbershop, #2 on the hit parad.

20191203_061953.jpg 2 passes and a clean up on head and face. With a new Personna GEM blade, I'm clean and smooth.
    Ready for the day??
As ready as I'm gonna be.

    Everyone!
    Have a great day!

Prep: Cold water and PAA Cube pre-shave soap
    Blade: Trac II cartridge
    Razor: Surrey Trac II
    Brush: Surrey badger
    Soap: Stirling Ozark Mountain
Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Ozark Mountain aftershave

Excellent shave this morning. Ozark Mountain was powerhouse of scent and slickness. The Surrey Trac II razor was nimble and effective. Smooth and comfortable all around. Quite enjoyable.

    Have a great day!
