After last nights explosion of posts, I am back to my multi quotin', @wchnu lovin' ways today...
Love the pic, Gary. That '58 TV Special is a beaut, too.
Awesome pic again, Jim! Is that a new soap and splash. Thank goodness, you were getting low...:eatdrink047:
Glad to hear you are feeling a little better, Terry. Get well soon.
    Very nice combo, Perry.
So THAT is what an empty splash bottle looks like! Someday...:happy036:
No offence, but does that ever work?:happy102:
    Great photo!
Sorry about the cut. I swear that the worst cuts I have had have been on my nostril or my ear, and usually from the tab of the blade...
Congrats on the 30DC Anniversary, Danny! Can't imagine the barn without you...
The base sounds like a winner for sure, Blair. Hopefully you enjoy the scent as well as the days go on.
Only that shave stick ever makes Williams Wednesday look cool, Tom!
Very neat razor, Angelo. Brass top plate and a Bakelite bottom plate? Very interesting indeed. Don't think I've seen one of those before.
Love all those News and New Improveds for sure as well, Jeff. Just a classic, great looking handle on them as well.
My son's birthday is the 23rd so he is used to birthday and Christmas at the same time. I am cheaper than SWMBO... I say 'left ski for b-day, right for x-mas'? She says 'buy twice as much stuff'. Guess who wins...:(
I used to love the older C & E pucks as well, Joseph. Used Nomad or Sandalwood quite a few times over the years with a brush and cart. The new C & E pucks are abysmal in comparison. Lather-resistant slop.
That brush looks beat up, Evan. The good news is that I make brushes. I also have a Red Tip that could use with a platin'...no coincidence I am sure.:happy097::eatdrink047:
Great to hear from you, Chris! I have a '69 (O4) BB as well. It is my birth year, but not quarter.
Wow, glad to hear you got in for a CT right away, Paul. Take care of yourself, friend, and let us know how that appt goes.

Thanks, Jason. This refill puck has to be from the late 60's/early 70's.

Ok, well before the C&E pucks I had. Mine were from, say, '98-2010 or so. Still good then. Triple milled, tallow products with excellent scent strengths. I got a few refill pucks around 2010/11 or so. Completely useless. They were 'reformulated'. Can't speak to the creams. The triple milled bar/shower soap is still good- one of my faves.

Wow, sorry to hear about the tumble, glad it was not worse.

I wear drugstore brand compression socks under my regular socks to help manage foot pain at work where I am on my feet all day. A pleasant side effect is having a more active foot and balance feel. Ask your PT folks what they think. I like it.

    Thanks, Jason!

Only the second use of P&B Specialist. It's the result of some successful enabling on the SOTD thread. Lovely scent although a bit subtle for workdays. The smells at the refinery tend to overpower all but the most potent splashes.

    SOTD Decadent December 4th
    [IMG]

    Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap
    Blackland Dart
    Laser Ultra (2)/ Feather (11)
Yaqi Red Marble (28mm, Destroyer Class)
Blades Grim Smolder soap and AS
    Stirling Glacial Unscented PSB

The Dart was about the only thing decadent in my shave today. I decided to try the Laser Ultra again thinking that a more aggressive razor would perhaps bring out a little more performance in the blade. It still fell short on the sharpness scale. So after the first pass I ditched it in favor of the well used Feather. It was a little better but not much. Three passes still landed my a DFS shave, so I guess I can't complain. The Blades Grim soap gets the job done in a minimalist sort if way. After my shave my skin was feeling a bit dry and tight so I used some Stirling Glacial Unscented PSB before the AS to bring some moisture back to my skin. My wife absolutely loves the scent of Smolder, so at the very least there AS will always have a place in my den. Have a great day my friends!

    Hump Day!!

This one looked completely different. Small, no imprinting, formed for a small mug, such as an Old Spice Mug. Should have taken a picture of it before I grated it and cut up the box.
