Both are valuable and tradable skills, it only makes sense that they work out to our mutual advantage. It's still a confidence issue on my part. I have a few razors in my personal backlog. If I can get through them without adhesion issues, I may be willing to work out a trade. I took about 2 weeks off because I was frustrated with a slim I all but destroyed. I've noticed, when I'm really trying hard to make a razor look good, I would add a visual inspection before plating. That visual inspection would expose the prepared surface to air for a few seconds longer and apparently was enough time for oxidation to form on the newly etched surface preventing the plate from adhering. That's the theory anyway. If going straight from acid activation, to purified rinse, to plating bath with no pause, produces consistent results, I'll be much more excited about sharing this skill. To date, the harder I worked at perfection, the more often I would fail. I just barely noticed the pattern. Now I need to test it.

Thank you Terry.....I skipped the gym tonight, but as it was I did a lot of walking around (hurt kneecaps and all) to maybe make up for it. Hard to say what caused the fall-could be a number of things. Could be a "wake-up" call for me that old age is approaching. 62 isn't 92, but I should slow down as I walk.

I know nothing about PT for balance other than a friend of mine and my father had PT treatments for inner ear issues which helped their balance a lot. Hope it helps you too.

Well, my hearing has been fine...I think(hope, presume)they'll deal with balance as in "walking a straight line". that sort of thing. It'll be interesting to see what kind of "homework" they give me, or excercises to try at the gym.

I'm not 62 yet, I hope you make it to 92.
Most men end up going out by falling first. I'm very aware of that, might be best if we all get that through our well shaved gords.
    Hope your scan is normal!
    Good luck Paul!

Thanks Joe.....kneecaps still hurt but they don't prevent me from walking. Let's see how things are tomorrow. Perhaps my shower can help relax it(them).

Right, it's time to think of all those songs with lyrics like "Never hurry, never worry". I'll be updating everyone with info as it comes in.
