    Thanks, Terry! Today was my 250th open blade shave. It breaks down to 135 traditional straight razor shaves and 115 shavette shaves.

    Last day of the week with the Floating Head. I’ll move on to my neglected DE focus for Monday. Great, decadent lather, an event free 2 passes, nice splash and one minor weeper added up to a very nice shave.

    Prep: Cold water and PAA Cube pre-shave soap
    Blade: Personna
    Razor: Schick G4 '66'
    Brush: Artisan badger
    Soap: Stirling Meghalaya
    Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Meghalaya aftershave

    Shave earlier today, just now posting. Had lunch with friends at a Mexican restaurant followed by a couple of hours of bowling with them as well. Fun afternoon.

    Stirling Meghalaya was a meet-up soap for a South Florida shaving group. It is based on Ralph Lauren Supreme Oud, and is a masculine, woodsy/cedar scent. Very nice. A few weepers on my chin and neck, so not the greatest of shaves, but not the worst. Like the scent on first use.
