Beautiful brushes and great customer service. Eagle eye @brit spotted a crack in my Merit. I wondered if I did it. I checked the picture I took when I first received it. It arrived with the crack in it. I contacted Neil at Heritage and received a reply within the hour. He was very apologetic and also surprised. This was the first of his handles he'd seen with a crack. He'll be sending a replacement. He suggested I fill the crack with super glue and PIF it to a new wet shaver. I have a coworker that's interested in giving wet shaving a try. It'll be going to him.

I use it during the winter to prevent my old face from drying out. You live in Finland, so your winters are harsher and any moisturizer would certainly help you. I like Nivea because it doesn't compete with any aftershave scent.

That's awesome! By the way, when I ordered my brush, he sent a text saying, "Wow, you got it!" It showed that he was happy for me because he know I wanted it in the worse way. Like I said, another guy "bought", but changed his mind and you know the rest of the roadblocks that tried to prevent me from getting it. Thankfully, it was meant to be.

B&M is certainly a good soap and their lavender is unusual, to say the least.
Rather than a lavender-forward scent, there is something "fruity" (?) about it.
Can't quite put my finger on it.
That typical lavender "edge" is completely missing and SWMBO commented that it smells like soap.

That wasn't much help, I know.
The lather itself was wonderfully shiny and slick.
My AS-D2 skidded around my face like it was skating on ice.
Except for opening up yesterday's cut, the results were outstanding.

I do use moisturisers even in the summer, my skin gets very dry without them. The Nivea is nice! Not too expensive either.
