Thanks! Absolutely nothing wrong with using a phone! I would probably use mine too, if i had a better one than i currently do. Actually i do have a better one. It just doesn't work.

Good to get back to soap-shaving. A very NOISY(clink-clank)shave with the Burma Shave cake inside the Burma Shave mug.. But it got the job done on 2 passes. Perhaps a smaller brush won't make so much noise. It's a fine soap though-provides for comfortable loading on the brush, thus plenty to administer to the face and neck. With the Clubman Reserve Whiskey Woods finishing me off, I feel clean and refreshed for the day. Same animal tomorrow, different brush.

Great shave today with no weepers. The Fine soap, ATT and Feather just came together for an awesome shave.

It has been a busy weekend but got some much-needed projects out of the way.

I had a little package on my desk from ATT when I got to work this morning. It came in Saturday morning. I added a H1 and H2 stainless-steel plates to the set. This gives me the complete H and R plates in aluminum and stainless-steel.

Got the news today I get another 24 months stationed in japan.

 

A bit off topic, but the College Bowl Schedule is out today. Some of these "Bowl" names get weirder and weirder. In honor of what we do here at TSD(and other wet-shaving sites too I suppose), how about one called "The Wet Shaving Bowl"?
